Doctoral Colloquium

The Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy in collaboration with the School of Marketing at the UNSW Business School are organising the ANZMAC 2015 Doctoral Colloquium for students in marketing. The colloquium will be held in Sydney, Australia from Saturday the 28th of November to Sunday the 29th of November, immediately prior to the 2015 ANZMAC conference.

The ANZMAC 2015 Doctoral Colloquium is a great opportunity for students at all stages of their doctoral research to share ideas, get feedback and be inspired by guest speakers, discussants and fellow students. The colloquium will mostly proceed in parallel tracks based on the topical and/or methodological angle of participants' work as well as on the stage of the dissertation process. Students will discuss their work with their fellow students and with two track faculty, who are renowned experts in the field.

Keynote speaker

Namwoon KIM, Professor and Associate Head of Department,
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong.

Prof. Kim holds a PhD in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin. His research interests include Marketing and Innovation Strategy, Multi-Product Market Analysis, and Strategic Marketing. His research has appeared in Journal of Marketing, Management Science, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Marketing Letters, and other journals. He also contributed an invited chapter in New-Product Diffusion Models. He teaches Marketing Strategy & Market Decision Analysis.
