Professional Re-Accreditation from Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI)

The School of Management's Human Resource Management program in the undergraduate program has recently secured professional re-accreditation from AHRI for a further three years.  The accreditation team, led by the HRM disciplinary coordinator Dr Sunghoon Kim, successfully undertook the process with AHRI earlier in the year.

Accreditation covers a rigorous process of review of courses covering a broad range of business and professional requirements. The latter incorporates key HRM knowledge and skill areas, as well as broader business knowledge and competencies.  The accreditation covers graduates with an HRM major in the Bachelor of Commerce, and Bachelor of Economics degrees, which also encompasses all dual degrees which include the BCom and BEc.

The postgraduate HRM program offered in the Master of Commerce and Master of Commerce (Extension) degrees also holds AHRI professional accreditation.
