Research

The School of Management, UNSW Australia Business School focuses on applied research with the potential to improve the effectiveness of organisations and staff wellbeing.

This includes complementary disciplines such as occupational health & safety, behavioural psychology, international business & change management. Our research is characterised by rigour, relevance and collaborative innovation, and our academics publish in high quality international journals and present their work at leading conferences such as the Academy of Management and the European Group for Organisation Studies.

Members of the School conduct individual and team research which often includes networks of scholars in North America, Europe and Asia. Research funding has come from diverse sources including the Australian Research Council (ARC), and key private, public and cooperative bodies.
