About AGSM Career Development Centre

AGSM Career Development Centre is a small team dedicated to assisting AGSM students to realise their career ambitions and to provide them with the tools for life-long career success.

We're committed to assisting AGSM students in their career transition by helping to market their resumes, to develop their career management skills and to connect them with potential employers.

The team also guides recruiters and employers through the process of employing AGSM students and is continually building good relations with active alumni.

Robyn Gleeson 

Robyn Gleeson

Director, Career Development Centre
Manages the team across all areas including student career development, corporate relationships and business development with a focus on global best practice.

Barbara Mackie 

Barbara Mackie

AGSM Career Development Manager
Manages the Career Development Program including workshops, individual career coaching, career resources, student surveys and manages external career consultants.

Rachel Guest 

Rachel Guest

Coordinator
Develops and manages relationships with key careers stakeholders and focuses on the design and implementation of large scale careers events such as Case Competitions, Careers Month and structured networking events.

Mairi Shrosbree 

Mairi Shrosbree

Coordinator
Develops online career resources, implementing and managing the career management system and social media strategy for student and employer reach.

Minh Le 

Minh Le

Administrator
Provides technical and administrative support, polishing the website and resources, and coordinates the annual AGSM eYearbook of resumes.

Francoise Michel 

Françoise Michel

Specialist Consultant
Françoise Michel was previously a management consultant with Bain & Co and a solicitor with Baker & McKenzie. She holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master of Laws from the University of London. After working for 10 years in large organisations, Françoise set up her own recruitment and coaching firm specialised in management consulting.

Annette Senogles 

Annette Senogles

Specialist Consultant
Annette Senogles is a registered psychologist with a broad range of professional skills supported by 20 years’ experience managing human resources, in consulting and corporate roles, in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. Since 2000, Annette has been self-employed, providing a comprehensive range of management services to client organisations in various industries, including education, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, retail, aged care and hospitality.
