The AGSM Career Development Centre is dedicated to assisting AGSM students to realise their career ambitions and to provide them with the tools for life-long career success.
We're committed to assisting AGSM students in their career transition by helping to market their resumes, develop career management skills and to connect them with potential employers.
The team also guides recruiters and employers through the process of employing AGSM students and is continually building good relations with active alumni.
Director, Career Development Centre
Manages the team across all areas including student career development, corporate relationships and business development with a focus on global best practice.
Head of Career Education
Responsible for the development and delivery of career development learning (CDL) and work integrated learning (WIL) and for developing strategies to scale CDL and WIL across the portfolio with a focus on delivering high quality career support and employment outcomes.
Career Development Manager
Manages the Career Development Program including workshops, individual career coaching, career resources, student surveys and manages external career consultants.
Career Relationship Manager
Develops and manages relationships with industry stakeholders and focuses on the design and implementation of large scale careers events such as Case Competitions, Careers Month and structured networking events.
Career Development Program Officer
Manages AGSM Student Clubs and Society and runs both student and Careers events. Coordinates communication for the Careers team, including weekly newsletters and promoting events, and manages the annual eYearbook process including resume reviews.
Operations & Systems Administrator
Responsible for the business administration, day to day operations, and systems for the career development centre.
