What are the key learnings that you have taken from your MBA so far?
The MBA has opened my eyes to the unconscious biases we have as individuals with different experiences and backgrounds, and I have learned that successful leaders know how to recognize their biases and overcome them.

Why did you choose to study a MBA at AGSM?
Choosing AGSM was a no-brainer to me as I always wanted to pursue my MBA from a world-class institution and AGSM is indeed one.I see my MBA as an opportunity to make friends (for a lifetime) with some of the smartest and brightest minds from all over the world.

What are the key learnings that you have taken from your MBA so far?
I am learning more about my strengths, my weaknesses and my biases and how to deal with them to evolve as a better version of myself. AGSM gave me a platform and the tools to develop an enhanced skill set with the ability to witness in real time on how a business should run.

Please share a small titbit or anecdote about yourself
As the mother of a seriously naughty 2-year-old, I still haven't come across any frameworks to solve the 'nappy changing case'.

Why did you choose to study an MBA at AGSM?
Having completed both an Undergraduate and Masters degrees at UNSW, I can attest to the University's high quality of teaching and the wide range of exciting development opportunities offered to students. It was an easy choice for me to preference the AGSM for my MBA, and I am very happy to return to UNSW for a third time.

If you could give one piece of advice to someone applying for the Luminis scholarship what would it be?
My advice is simple don't doubt your own achievements and experiences and don't hesitate to apply. We have all contributed to innovative ideas that have improved productivity or customer experience, and those experiences are what the scholarship is all about.

Please share a small titbit or anecdote about yourself.
I love travelling, learning more about other cultures, and extensively sampling local baked goods in other countries (for research, of course).
