I am more confident as a manager and able to make more strategic decisions. My CFO has definitely noticed that and my team really appreciate the change in my leadership style too. I get to be so much more forward-thinking, working on organisation-wide initiatives that are helping to deliver the company strategy and determining the tomorrow of the business.
