My role requires me to work with a variety of different stakeholders, both internally and for our enterprise clients. Since gaining these new skills, I have been able to improve my management style in challenging situations through influencing and gaining affirmation, identifying the audience I am communicating with, and most importantly – being more effective with my communication. Combining practical case studies, engaging theories, and simulations the course was fantastic to not just learn new concepts, but immediately apply them by the end of the day. Christopher and Peter are perhaps the perfect duo to have run a course building a key skill which every great leader should have – the ability to lead through influence.
