The education zone generally includes coursesby schools and faculties that emphasise experiential learning. These are a great start for students who are generally interested in learning about entrepreneurship, but not yet actively pursuing a start-up idea of their own.
The experience zone generally includes initiatives that provide students with the experience of starting something new, but these initiatives are not for course credit or commercial activities. The MCIC is a key player in this zone, as they provide a platform for extra-curricular experiential learning.
The execution zone is for students who are ready to incorporate their ideas, with (free) help from UNSW Innovations’ Student Entrepreneur Development group so they can generate revenues and seed /venture capital. Through UNSW’s external network, they are welcome to continue their venture in incubators, accelerators and co-working spaces
