This course will focus on an in-depth examination and discussion of contemporary and emerging marketing issues of concern to practising managers. Hence the exact nature of the material and topics studied will likely vary, at least to some degree, from year to year. Possible topics might include an in-depth discussion of marketing metrics, pricing issues, emerging self-service technologies that impinge on how customers interact with firms, advanced issues in consumer behaviour, etc.
