This course provides students with frameworks for understanding how people management practices can enhance performance and build sustainable strategic advantage. The aim of the course is to foster the development of the analytical and practical skills needed to value, develop and deploy an organisation's 'human capital'. In this course you will be encouraged to think in different ways about the role of people in organisations.
