Whether you are launching a new venture or seeking to turnaround an established business, the ability to identify and respond to new opportunities is becoming a key management skill. This course explores the key concepts of entrepreneurship by providing students with the opportunity to develop and pitch a new venture. Using the lean start up methodology, students will develop skills around identifying new market opportunities, developing a minimum viable product, assessing product market fit and identifying business models to scale the new venture. Students will have the opportunity to pitch their venture to a panel of entrepreneurs and professional investors.
