By the end of this course, students should be able to understand the legal aspects of corporate governance articulate, in an informed way, the duties of directors and officers identify and evaluate legal risks in a commercial context appreciate the interconnections with hard law and soft law in corporate governance assess the strengths and weakness of law as an instrument to deal with corporate governance analyse and apply legal issues in a logical and structured way use acquired skills to work confidently with legal principles of corporate governance
