Many organisational representatives review social media (SM) information (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) when recruiting and assessing job applicants. This approach is often considered as easy and cheap, but it also raises some concerns.
This webinar will discuss two important issues relevant to this approach: 1) what information might be available on job applicants’ social media sites and 2) whether assessing social media information is a good selection tool?
