AGSM appoints new Director of MBT Program and AGSM Online

Professor Nick Wailes has been appointed as Director of the innovative Master of Business & Technology (MBT) program and AGSM online at the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW Australia.
Professor Wailes brings extensive experience to the role gained in his previous position as Director of the MBA program at the University of Sydney.
"Nick's appointment further strengthens the position of AGSM as the premier graduate school of management in Australia and an organisation that has always been at the forefront of online education," said Deputy Dean of the Australian School of Business and Director Australian Graduate School of Management, Professor Chris Styles.
"I am delighted Nick has agreed to take up this position. His experience pioneering innovative masters programs will allow us to continue to drive and build on our strategy to prepare great people to achieve great things."

Professor Wailes research has focused on technology and organisational change. He has also conducted research in international and comparative human resource management and strategic management.
Nick's research findings have been published in a number of leading international journals including the Journal of Strategic Information Systems, the International Journal of Human Resource Management, the Journal of Organisational Change Management and the British Journal of Industrial Relations.
With over 1,000 students enrolled, the MBT Program is an applied masters program tailor-made for busy managers and professionals in technology driven environments. The MBT provides participants with the intellectual tools to manage and take up leadership roles where business and technology intersect.
