Thursday, 17 January 2013
Recent results released by the Universities Admission Centre (UAC) confirmed the Australian School of Business at UNSW is the destination of choice for undergraduate studies in commerce and economics.
UNSW Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics received the highest Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) cut-offs in NSW for commerce and economics degrees, with entry cut-offs at 96.7 and 94.3 respectively.
The ATAR cut-offs had also increased from last year revealing that Australian School of Business programs continue to be the most sought after in NSW.
Jennifer Harris, Undergraduate Program Director at the Australian School of Business, said that the UAC results reflected the strong demand for business programs.
"We are very pleased the Australian School of Business at UNSW continues to be the destination of choice for business degrees. The premier position of both our Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics reflects the strong demand for our programs and the value students place on a business degree."
