About Anil

Anil is an Associate Professor in the School of Taxation and Business Law at UNSW Business School, Sydney, Australia. 

Anil has published over 100 articles and conference papers in the area of corporate and insolvency law. His scholarly work has been cited by the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee (CAMAC) in Australia and the judiciary. 

Anil is the past President of the Corporate Law Teachers Association of Australia (2011–2013), a peak body representing scholars in the Asia-Pacific region. He is a member of the Applied Corporate Law and Corporate Governance Subject Advisory Committee for the Governance Institute of Australia. 

Anil is the co-editor of the Insolvency Law Bulletin. 

Anil has authored and co-authored several books including Principles of Contemporary Corporate Governance (4th ed, Cambridge University Press, 2018) and Australian Corporate Law (6th ed, LexisNexis, 2018).
