Dr. Chuljin Park is a lecturer of the School of Management. His main research interests include inter-organisational social networks, corporate misconduct, and organisational failure and recovery. He is particularly interested in what takes place after organisations fail for various reasons on various fronts: how do they recover, and what makes them more resilient - and is being resilient always a good thing? He received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from The Pennsylvania State University. His current research projects focuses on understanding how firms' interfirm social networks change and develop following disclosures of serious misconduct, and how it would influence subsequent performance of the firms.
