Dr. Chuljin Park is a lecturer of the School of Management. His main research interests include inter-organisational social networks, corporate (ir)responsibility, and organisational failure and recovery. He received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from The Pennsylvania State University. His current research projects include investigating performance implications of interfirm managerial network changes following disclosures of serious misconduct, how interfirm network structures are intertwined with organisations’ efforts in corporate social responsibility, and understanding the discrepancy between performance that is expected from director selection process and what is realised.
