Linden has extensive experience working with organisations in Australia and North America, including Telstra, Westpac, Hewlett-Packard, Konica-Minolta, BlackRock, Ergon Energy and Speedo, to create and strengthen customer-centric cultures and achieve superior customer experience, advocacy and performance.
He has extensive global teaching experience, having been a visiting professor at INSEAD and Cranfield University as well as having lectured on MBA programs at AGSM, UTS, RMIT and University of Melbourne. He has published fourteen books in the field of marketing and strategy, the latest being
Marketing, 8th Edition, 2010 with Philip Kotler, Sue Burton and Ken Deans.
Linden has a Bachelor in Economics and Accounting from the University of Tasmania and a Ph.D. in Marketing from UNSW Australia.
