About Nicole

Nicole teaches introductory and management accounting. Her current research interests are in the area of behavioural decision making in accounting, with a focus on decisions involving interactive groups, the use of accounting information in negotiation and capital investment, and the motivational effects of relative performance information. In 2017 she received the Behavioral Research in Accounting (BRIA) Best Paper Award.

Prior to joining the School, Nicole worked in economic consulting in San Francisco, and in the audit and business advisory services division of Arthur Andersen in Sydney.
