About Rose
Rose Trevelyan is a member of the School of Organisation & Management, UNSW Australia Business School. She teaches on a number of programs, including the AGSM MBA (Executive) Strategic Management Year, and AGSM Executive Programs, in the areas of strategic implementation, organisational design, leadership development and change management. Her current research explores the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs, in particular the role of optimism and confidence in decision-making and effort. Rose consults to Australian organisations (most recently News Ltd, P&O Ports, Rio Tinto and Qantas) on managerial development and organisational transformation.
