Will Felps teaches and conducts research on a wide range of organizational behaviour and management topics. His research areas include: leadership & motivation, team effectiveness, career management, measuring expertise, business ethics, and mapping knowledge in scientific fields.

About Will

A video summary of his work with Colin Lee mapping the careers field can be viewed here.  His prior research has investigated the asymmetric, negative effects of bad apple teammates, the contagion of quitting in organizations, how stakeholder cultures impact performance, the consequences of one’s moral identity, and how institutional factors reinforce the IQ-job performance relationship. His research has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Research in Organizational Behavior, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Business Ethics Quarterly, and the Journal of Vocational Behavior. Will teaches Organizational Behavior in the fulltime AGSM MBA, the MCOMM, and the PhD program, as well as Strategic Human Resource Management (MCOMM), Philosophy of Science, and Writing for Scholarly Publication at the PhD level. ​
