​Youngok’s research has focused on how the context in which a firm operates influences its business strategies and management practices, especially in the areas of internationalisation strategies/performance, innovation, and human resource management (HRM). The empirical contexts of her research mainly include Australia, Korea, and China in which she has also developed collaborative research networks. Youngok’s research has appeared in leading international journals in IB, HRM, and management.​

About Youngok

Dr Youngok Kim is Senior Lecturer of International Business (IB) in the School of Management, UNSW Australia Business School. She currently teaches Global Business and Multinational Enterprise in the Maser of Commerce program and Global Business Environment in the Bachelor of Commerce program.​
