Building Professional Skills

This project was funded by the Division of Finance and Operations, UNSW, 2011-2013 and carried out using Spotlight methodology by a project team that included Ian Hampson and David Morgan from the School of Management, and Anne Junor, Celia Briar and Philippa Hall from the IRRC.

The project customised the Spotlight tacit skills framework and developed a set of HR tools to enable better recognition of less visible skills in position descriptions and recruitment interviews, and enhanced development and recognition of the skills in performance development conversations.

An interactive skills recognition website was built in 2014.
