Student testimonials

The event at GE was my first proper experience of professional networking. It was a great opportunity to visit the GE office and to learn about the experiences of current GE staff, their career progression and what working life is like. I gained an insight into the various sectors GE operates in and the support, training and global opportunities a large multinational conglomerate can offer. I definitely expanded my professional network and also met fellow like-minded and enthusiastic students. Overall, it was a very interesting and helpful event and I would recommend it for all UNSW Business Students.

The event was an opportunity like no other, getting addressed by the Country Manager -Belinda Vassallo, herself and getting personal branding advice from the Country Manager GE Digital- Victoria Redman, hearing and being able to learn from the vast experiences of the GE staff, was an immaculately inspiring experience. Thanks to the well thought out and structured planning of the UNSW Business School Student Opportunities staff, we got the opportunity to personally interact with all the great minds present there.
