Life in Sydney

As a student at the UNSW Australia Business School, you could study in the morning, go to the beach in the afternoon, and check out the local or city nightlife that evening.

Where is the Business School?

The Business School is located at the UNSW campus, just 20 minutes (7 kilometres) from the city centre and 10 minutes from some of Sydney's best beaches.

There are a number of bus routes to the Business School campus, including a free shuttle from Green Square train station.

Living on campus

UNSW offers a wide range of accommodation on-campus or close to campus, including colleges, self-catered apartments and private rental units in the surrounding suburbs.

Student life in Sydney

Studying at the Business School is about more than just attending classes. There’s always plenty to do and get involved with on campus and in Sydney.

On campus, you can join one of the many student clubs - a great way to make new friends, and make the most of your time at university.

Get fit at theUnigym and UNSW sport and recreation centre, join a university sports club, or explore the many beaches nearby, including Coogee, Maroubra, Clovelly and Bronte. You can even learn to surf.

There’s plenty of local shopping options and a wide choice of cafes and restaurants in nearby Randwick and Kensington, or throughout Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Best of all, you’re only a short bus ride away from the city and all its attractions – from the Opera House and harbour to museums, shopping, festivals and nightlife.
